14. The Security Council approved the Secretary-General’s report and, on 21 February, decided, by resolution 743 (1992), to establish a United Nations Protection Force to assist in the implementation of the Vance plan.
١٤ - وقد وافق مجلس اﻷمن على تقرير اﻷمين العام، وقرر يوم ٢١ شباط/فبراير، بقراره ٧٤٣ )١٩٩٢(، إنشاء قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية )UNPROFOR( للمساعدة على تنفيذ خطة فانس.
