During the Workshop, an overview of national regulatory frameworks of 13 States in the region was conducted, using as a basis the report of the Working Group on National Legislation Relevant to the Peaceful Exploration and Use of Outer Space on the work conducted under its multi-year workplan (A/AC.105/C.2/101).
37- وقُدِّمت أثناء حلقة العمل، نظرة عامة عن الأطر التنظيمية الوطنية في 13 دولة في المنطقة، استناداً إلى تقرير الفريق العامل المعني بالتشريعات الوطنية ذات الصلة باستكشاف الفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه في الأغراض السلمية، عن الأعمال المضطلع بها في إطار خطة عمله المتعدّدة السنوات (A/AC.105/C.2/101).

The Subcommittee also noted that the workshop had reviewed the development of national space legislation in 13 countries in the region, acknowledging the value of the report of the Working Group on National Legislation Relevant to the Peaceful Exploration and Use of Outer Space on the work conducted under its multi-year workplan (A/AC.105/C.2/101).
129- ولاحظت اللجنة الفرعية أيضاً أنَّ حلقة العمل استعرضت تطوّر التشريعات الوطنية المتعلقة بالفضاء في 13 بلداً في المنطقة، ونوَّهت بقيمة تقرير الفريق العامل المعني بالتشريعات الوطنية ذات الصلة باستكشاف الفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه في الأغراض السلمية عن الأعمال المضطلع بها في إطار خطة عمله المتعدّدة السنوات (A/AC.105/C.2/101).

The Committee noted with satisfaction that the discussions of the Working Group on National Legislation Relevant to the Peaceful Exploration and Use of Outer Space had allowed States to gain an understanding of existing national regulatory frameworks and that the work being conducted under this item was already yielding concrete results, including the sharing of valuable experience of States in the development of their national legislation.
226- ولاحظت اللجنة مع الارتياح أن مناقشات الفريق العامل المعني بالتشريعات الوطنية ذات الصلة باستكشاف الفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه في الأغراض السلمية أتاحت للدول أن تفهم الأطر التنظيمية الوطنية القائمة، وأن الأعمال التي يجري إنجازها في إطار هذا البند أخذت بالفعل تحقّق نتائج ملموسة، تشمل تبادل المعلومات عن التجارب القيّمة للدول في تطوير تشريعاتها الوطنية.

The Subcommittee agreed that the report of the Working Group on National Legislation Relevant to the Peaceful Exploration and Use of Outer Space on the work conducted under its multi-year workplan (A/AC.105/C.2/101) constituted an important source of information for States developing national space-related regulatory frameworks.
واتَّفقت اللجنة الفرعية على أنَّ تقرير الفريق العامل المعني بالتشريعات الوطنية ذات الصلة باستكشاف الفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه في الأغراض السلمية عن الأعمال المضطلع بها في إطار خطة عمله المتعدّدة السنوات (A/AC.105/C.2/101)، يشكِّل مصدراً مهمًّا للمعلومات بالنسبة للدول التي تصوغ أطر تنظيم رقابي وطنية بشأن الفضاء.

At its meeting in 2012, the Working Group had before it a working paper submitted by the Chair of the Working Group, entitled " Revised draft set of conclusions of the Working Group on National Legislation Relevant to the Peaceful Exploration and Use of Outer Space " (A/AC.105/C.2/L.286), as well as the draft report of the Working Group (A/AC.105/C.2/2012/CRP.9).
6- وعُرضت على الفريق العامل، في اجتماعه في عام 2012، ورقة عمل قدّمتها رئيسته، تحمل عنوان " مشروع منقّح لمجموعة استنتاجات الفريق العامل المعني بالتشريعات الوطنية ذات الصلة باستكشاف الفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه في الأغراض السلمية " (A/AC.105/C.2/L.286)، بالإضافة إلى مشروع تقرير الفريق العامل (A/AC.105/C.2/2012/CRP.9).
