٤١ - يطلب كذلك الى اللجنة أن تتابع على النحو المناسب نتائج المؤتمر الوزاري العالمي بشأن الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية.

Egypt welcomed the positive outcome of the World Ministerial Conference on Organized Transnational Crime, held at Naples, and invited all States to cooperate by mobilizing the necessary resources to implement the Political Declaration and Global Action Plan adopted by the Conference.
١٦ - إن مصر تشيد بالنتيجة الايجابية للمؤتمر الوزاري العالمي المعني بالجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية الذي عقد في نابولي وتدعو جميع الدول للتعاون وتعبئة الموارد اللازمة لتنفيذ الاعلان السياسي وخطة العمل العالمية اللذين اعتمدهما المؤتمر.

Recalling the discussions of the World Ministerial Conference on Organized Transnational Crime, organized by the United Nations in Naples from 21 to 23 November 1994, as well as the declarations made by various heads of State and Government at the fiftieth session of the General Assembly,
وإذ تشير إلى مناقشات المؤتمر الوزاري العالمي المعني بالجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية، الذي نظمته اﻷمم المتحدة في نابولي في الفترة من ٢١ إلى ٢٣ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٤، علاوة على التصريحات التي أدلى بها مختلف رؤساء الدول والحكومات في الدورة الخمسين للجمعية العامة،

1. The objectives of the World Ministerial Conference on Organized Transnational Crime were defined by the Economic and Social Council in its resolution 1993/29 of 27 July 1993.
١ - حدد المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في قراره ١٩٩٣/٢٩ المؤرخ ٢٧ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٣ أهداف المؤتمر الوزاري العالمي بشأن الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية.

51. He underscored the exceptional importance of the results of the World Ministerial Conference on Organized Transnational Crime including the Naples Political Declaration and Global Action Plan, and noted with satisfaction that work had begun on establishing an international training centre for law enforcement and criminal justice personnel.
٥١ - وأبرز اﻷهمية فوق العادية لنتائج المؤتمر الوزاري العالمي المعني بالجريمة المنظمة عبر الحدود الوطنية بما في ذلك إعلان نابولي السياسي وخطة العمل العالمية، ثم لاحظ بارتياح أن العمل قد بدأ في إنشاء مركز تدريب دولي للعاملين في مجال إنفاذ القانون والعدالة الجنائية.

At its fourth session, held from 30 May to 9 June 1995, the Commission addressed the conclusions and recommendations of the Ninth United Nations Congress on the Prevention of Crime and the Treatment of Offenders, as well as of the World Ministerial Conference on Organized Transnational Crime.
وقد تناولت اللجنــة، فــي دورتها الرابعة المعقودة في الفترة من ٣٠ أيار/مايو الــى ٩ حزيــران/يونيه ١٩٩٥، نتائــج وتوصيات مؤتمر اﻷمم المتحدة التاسع لمنع الجريمة ومعاملة المجرمين وكذلك المؤتمر الوزاري العالمي المعني بالجريمة عبر الوطنية المنظمة.

54. Committed to combating international organized crime, Australia, Canada and New Zealand were pleased with the results of the World Ministerial Conference on Organized Transnational Crime held in November 1994 in Naples.
٥٤ - وقالت إن الحكومات الاسترالية والكندية والنيوزيلندية التي أعربت عن تصميمها على منع الجريمة المنظمة عبر الحدود، وقد رحبت مع الارتياح بنتائج المؤتمر الوزاري العالمي المعني بالجريمة المنظمة عبر الحدود الذي عقد في نابولي في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٤.

(b) Consideration of the conclusions of the World Ministerial Conference on Organized Transnational Crime, to be held at Naples, Italy, from 24 to 26 October 1994;

" 1. The objectives of the World Ministerial Conference on Organized Transnational Crime were defined by the Economic and Social Council in its resolution 1993/29 of 27 July 1993. They represent five areas on which the ministers attending the Conference will debate and make decisions.
" ١ ـ حــدد المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، فــي قراره ٣٩٩١/٩٢ المؤرخ ٧٢ تموز/يوليـه ١٩٩٣، أهداف المؤتمر الوزاري العالمي بشأن الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية، وهي تمثل خمسة مجالات سوف يتباحث فيها الوزراء الذين يحضرون المؤتمر ويصدرون قراراتهم بشأنها.
