The Council members echoed the Secretary-General's statement of 20 December 2003 on the action of the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, and underlined the importance of the full and complete implementation of all disarmament treaties by all States concerned and the intensifying of their efforts towards the non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
وأشار أعضاء المجلس إلى بيان الأمين العام المؤرخ 20 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2003 بشأن الإجراء الذي اتخذته الجماهيرية العربية الليبية وأكدوا أهمية التنفيذ الكامل والفعال لجميع معاهدات نزع السلاح بواسطة جميع الدول المعنية وتكثيف جهودها من أجل عدم انتشار أسلحة الدمار الشامل.

Commit to actively pursue the work programme of the World Trade Organization to address the trade-related issues and concerns affecting the fuller integration of small, vulnerable economies into the multilateral trading system in a manner commensurate with their special circumstances and in support of their efforts towards sustainable development, in accordance with paragraph 35 of the Doha Declaration.
94 - وينبغي الالتزام بالعمل النشـِـط من أجل تنفيذ برنامج عمل منظمة التجارة العالمية لمعالجة القضايا والشواغل المتعلقة بالتجارة التي تؤثر في قدرة الاقتصادات الصغيرة والاقتصادات الضعيفة على الاندماج الكامل في نظام التجارة المتعدد الأطراف على نحو يتناسب مع ظروفها الخاصة ويدعم جهودها من أجل تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وفقا للفقرة 35 من إعلان الدوحة.
