(ب) إعـــادة النظـــر مرة أخرى فــي القانون الجنائي الإسلامي المنقح لجعله يتماشى مع ما تفرضه عليها المادة 37 من اتفاقية حقوق الطفل والمادة 6 من العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية من التزام بإلغاء عمليات إعدام القصّر والأشخاص الذين كانت أعمارهم وقت ارتكابهم الجريمة تقل عن 18 سنة؛

(d) To abolish, as called for by the Committee on the Rights of the Child in its report of January 2005, executions of persons who at the time of their offence were under the age of 18;
(د) القيام، حسبما دعت إليه لجنة حقوق الطفل في تقريرها الصادر في كانون الثاني/يناير 2005(5)، بإلغاء إعدام الأشخاص الذين كانت أعمارهم وقت ارتكابهم الجرائم أقل من 18 سنة؛

(c) To abolish, pursuant to its obligations under article 37 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child and article 6 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, executions of persons who at the time of their offence were under the age of 18;
