The Committee noted that the Secretariat made the necessary calculations towards the end of each year and informed those Member States in danger of falling under Article 19 of the amounts of their outstanding assessed contributions and of the minimum payment necessary in order not to fall under the provisions of Article 19 during any meetings of the Assembly in the following year.
