39- ويبين هذا التقرير أن الدول بدأت بالفعل في معالجة مسألة حقوق الإنسان للمعوقين في تقاريرها الدورية وفي التعاون بصورة أكثر وثاقة مع المؤسسات الوطنية والمنظمات غير الحكومية في مجالي حقوق الإنسان والعجز أثناء إعداد ومناقشة تقاريرها الدورية.
