(1) The executive authority of Swaziland vests in the King as Head of State and shall be exercised in accordance with the provisions of this Constitution.
1- تكمن السلطة التنفيذية لسوازيلند في الملك بصفته رئيس الدولة وتمارس وفقاً لأحكام هذا الدستور.

Until then, the laws enacted by the Parliament established by this constitution shall have the like area and extent of application as the laws enacted by the Parliament that existed immediately before the coming into operation of this Constitution.

3. Ratification of decrees relating to matters subject to such ratification under the provisions of this Constitution;

10. Any other powers vested in it by law or by the Supreme Council within the scope of this Constitution.
10 - أية اختصاصات أخرى يخوله إياها القانون، أو المجلس الأعلى في حدود هذا الدستور.

Pursuant to the provision of this Constitution and laws enacted pursuant thereto, all Eritreans, without distinction, are guaranteed equal opportunity to participate in any position of leadership in the country.

14. Apart from making provisions for the aforementioned rights, the Constitution also provides that any person alleging that any provision of this Constitution has been breached, may apply to High Court for the enforcement of his right.
14- وإلى جانب النص على الحقوق السالفة الذكر، ينص الدستور أيضاً على أنه يجوز لأي شخص يدَّعي بأن أي حكم من أحكام هذا الدستور قد انتُهِك أن يطلب من المحكمة العليا إنفاذ حقه.

Article 225 of the draft Constitution, adopted by referendum on 18 December 2005, provides that " the Court of National Security shall be dissolved upon entry into force of this Constitution " .
وتنص المادة 225 من مشروع دستور الجمهورية، الذي اعتُمد بواسطة الاستفتاء في 18 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2005، على أن " تُحل محكمة أمن الدولة بمجرد بدء سريان هذا الدستور " .

(د) إصدار أحكام مختلفة للمجتمعات المختلفة تراعي ظروفها الخاصة بحيث تتفق وروح هذا الدستور.

4°. If a declaration under this section is made, this subsection and subsection 3, other than the amendment of this Constitution effected thereby, and subsection 5 of this section shall be omitted from every official text of this Constitution published thereafter, but notwithstanding such omission this section shall continue to have the force of law. 5°.
رابعاً- وإذا صدر إعلان بموجب هذا البند، يتم حذف هذا البند الفرعي والبند الفرعي 3، بخلاف تعديل الدستور الذي أصبح نافذاً بذلك، والبند الفرعي 5 من هذا البند من كل نص رسمي في هذا الدستور الذي سينشر فيما بعد، ولكن على الرغم من هذا الحذف سيظل لهذا البند قوة القانون.

3°. If the Government declare that the State has become obliged, pursuant to the Agreement, to give effect to the amendment of this Constitution referred to therein, then, notwithstanding Article 46 thereof, this Constitution shall be amended as follows:
ثالثاً - إذا أعلنت الحكومة أن الدولة أصبحت ملزمة، عملاً بهذا الاتفاق، بإنفاذ التعديل لهذا الدستور المشار إليه في ذلك الموضع، عندئذ يتم، بالرغم من المادة 46 منه، تعديل الدستور على النحو التالي:
