28. Paragraph 20 of the Understanding on the return of Korean War remains, agreed upon in 1954, stipulates that, in the event that either side discovers in its territory bodies of military personnel belonging to the other side after the termination of this understanding, the delivery and reception of such bodies shall be arranged through the Secretaries of both sides of the Military Armistice Commission.
