1- من خطف أو خبأ ولداً دون السابعة من عمره أو بدّل ولداً بآخر أو نسب إلى امرأة ولداً لم تلده، عوقب بالحبس من ثلاثة أشهر إلى ثلاث سنوات.

1. Any public official who, in his capacity as such, enters the home of any person or its outbuildings in circumstances other than those provided for by law and without respecting the legal regulations shall be liable to a penalty of detention for a term of three months to three years.
1- كل موظف يدخل بصفة كونه موظفاً منزل أحد الناس أو ملحقات المنزل في غير الحالات التي ينص عليها القانون ودون مراعاة الأصول التي يفرضها بالحبس من ثلاثة أشهر إلى ثلاث سنوات.

1. Anyone who subjects a person to illegal acts of violence with a view to obtaining from him a confession to an offence or information pertaining thereto shall be liable to a penalty of detention for a term of three months to three years.
1- من سام شخصاً ضروباً من الشدة لا يجيزها القانون رغبة منه في الحصول على إقرار عن جريمة أو على معلومات بشأنها عوقب بالحبس من ثلاثة أشهر إلى ثلاث سنوات.

1. Anyone who, while testifying before a judicial authority or a military or administrative tribunal, gives false testimony, denies the truth or conceals, wholly or in part, his knowledge of the facts of the case on which he is being questioned shall be liable to a penalty of detention for a term of three months to three years.
1- من شهد أمام سلطة قضائية أو قضاء عسكري أو إداري فجزم بالباطل أو أنكر الحق أو كتم بعض أو كل ما يعرفه من وقائع القضية التي يسأل عنها عوقب بالحبس من ثلاثة أشهر إلى ثلاث سنوات.

“1. Anyone who abducts or conceals a child under seven years of age, substitutes such a child for another or attributes a child to a woman other than the child's mother shall be liable to a term of three months' to three years' imprisonment.
" 1- من خطف أو خبأ ولداً دون السابعة من عمره أو بدله بآخر أو نسب إلى امرأة طفلاً لم تلده، عوقب بالحبس من ثلاثة أشهر إلى ثلاث سنوات.

2- ويقضى بالحبس من ثلاثة أشهر إلى ثلاث سنين إذا وقع الفعل ليلاً أو بواسطة الكسر أو العنف على الأشخاص أو باستعمال السلاح أو ارتكبه عدة أشخاص مجتمعين.

Anyone assigned to guard or escort a prisoner who makes possible or facilitates his escape shall be liable to a penalty of detention for a term of three months to three years in the first case referred to in the preceding article, imprisonment with hard labour for a term of three to seven years in the second case and imprisonment with hard labour for a term of five to fifteen years in the third case.
1- من كان مولجاً بحراسة أو سوق السجين فأتاح له الفرار أو سهله يعاقب بالحبس من ثلاثة أشهر إلى ثلاث سنوات في الحالة الأولى المذكورة في المادة السابقة، وبالأشغال الشاقة من ثلاث إلى سبع سنوات في الحالة الثانية ، وبالأشغال الشاقة من خمس سنوات إلى خمس سنوات إلى خمس عشرة سنة في الحالة الثالثة.

2- ويقضى بالحبس من ثلاثة أشهر إلى ثلاث سنين إذا وقع الفعل ليلاً أو بواسطة الكسر أو العنف على الأشخاص أو باستعمال السلاح أو ارتكبه عدة أشخاص مجتمعين .

1. Anyone who habitually incites one or more male or female persons under 21 years of age to engage in fornication or debauchery, or aids and abets in their commission of such acts, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of three months to three years, together with a fine of 75 to 600 Syrian pounds.
١- من اعتاد حض شخص أو أكثر ذكرا كان أو أنثى لم يتم الحادية والعشرين من عمره على الفجور أو الفساد أو على تسهيلهما له أو مساعدته على اتيانها عوقب بالحبس من ثلاثة أشهر إلى ثلاث سنوات وبغرامة من خمس وسبعين إلى ستمائة ليرة سورية.

“2. If the minor was under 12 years of age or was abducted or taken away by deceit or force, the penalty shall be a term of three months' to three years' imprisonment.”
" 2- وإذا لم يكن القاصر قد أتم الثانية عشرة من عمره أو خطف أو أبعد بالحيلة أو القوة كانت العقوبة من ثلاثة أشهر إلى ثلاث سنوات " .

Officials found to have used their position to benefit or harm a third party may be imprisoned for a period of three months to three years and receive a fine of 20 to 100 riyals.
ويعاقب المسؤول الذي يثبت أنه استخدم منصبه لمصلحة طرف ثالث أو للإضرار به وبالسجن لفترة تتراوح بين ثلاثة أشهر وثلاث سنوات وغرامة تتراوح بين 20 ريال و100 ريال.
