G.3) states that one of the functions of the IGE shall be " to provide a forum and modalities for multilateral consultations, discussion and exchange of views between States on matters related to the Set of Principles and Rules, in particular its operation and the experience arising therefrom " .
19- وفي موضع منفصل، تنص مجموعة المبادئ والقواعد (في الفقرة زاي-3) على أن من وظائف فريق الخبراء " توفير محفل وتحديد طرائق لإجراء المشاورات والمناقشات وتبادل الآراء بين الدول على صعيد متعدد الأطراف بشأن المسائل المتصلة بمجموعة المبادئ والقواعد، ولا سيما تطبيقها والخبرة الناشئة عن هذا التطبيق " .

19. Separately, the Set of Principles and Rules (in para.
