1. Reaffirms that the installation of Israeli civilians in the occupied territories is illegal and constitutes a violation of the relevant provisions of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, of 12 August 1949;
١ ـ تؤكد من جديد أن توطين المدنيين الاسرائيليين في اﻷراضي المحتلة غير قانوني ويشكل انتهاكا لﻷحكام ذات الصلة من اتفاقية جنيف المتعلقة بحماية المدنيين وقت الحرب والمؤرخة في ٢١ آب/أغسطس ٩٤٩١؛

The Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War of 12 August 1949 prohibits the occupying Power from transferring parts of its own civilian population to the territory it occupies.
