34. In addition, in earlier reports the Special Rapporteur highlighted other international human rights instruments that include the protection of women from violence.

وأشادت جمهورية فنزويلا البوليفارية بالتقدم المحرز في مجال القانون من أجل تعزيز المساواة بين الجميع أمام القانون وحماية حقوق السكان وحرياتهم، وأقرّت بالسياسات الرامية إلى حماية حقوق النساء وتعزيز مشاركتهن في المجتمع من خلال اعتماد أحكام وتدابير قانونية مهمة بشأن حماية النساء من العنف.

82. The Special Rapporteur further recommends that the Government strengthen institutional infrastructure for the effective protection of women from violence, by:

34. Equally necessary is a better protection of women from violence (physical, sexual, psychological) and mistreatment in the family, the wider community or at work.
