23. The Committee is concerned that the Penal Code only partly incorporates the offences covered by the Optional Protocol.

39- تؤكد اللجنة مجدداً مخاوفها السابقة (CRC/C/OPSC/USA/CO/1، الفقرة 35، 2008) من أنّ الولاية القضائية خارج إقليم الدولة الطرف، التي تقوم على أساس جنسية مرتكب الجريمة، لا تشمل كافة الجرائم التي يتناولها البروتوكول الاختياري.

Data should be disaggregated by, inter alia, the nature of the offence and by age, sex, ethnic origin, urban/rural areas, with particular attention to children who are especially vulnerable to becoming victims of the offences covered by the Optional Protocol.

(e) Ensure that attempting to commit any of the offences covered by the Optional Protocol as well as complicity or participation therein are punished in conformity with article 3, paragraph 2, of the Protocol.
