٢ - تتخذ كـل دولـة طــرف التدابيـر المناسبة لمصادرة الممتلكات واﻷموال وغير ذلك من الوسائل المستخدمة أو التي يعتزم استخدامها لارتكاب الجرائم المشار إليها في هذه الاتفاقية. ــ ــ ــ ــ ــ

1. Each State Party shall take the necessary measures to ensure that legal entities may be held liable when they have knowingly derived profits or participated in the perpetration of offences referred to in this Convention.
١ - تتخذ كل دولة طرف ما يلزم من التدابير لكفالة جواز محاسبة الكيانات الاعتبارية إذا ما حصلت عن علم على أرباح من الجرائم المشار إليها في هذه الاتفاقية أو شاركت في ارتكابها.

2. Each State Party shall take appropriate measures to permit the forfeiture of property, funds and other means used or intended to be used for committing the offences referred to in this Convention.
٢ - تتخذ كل دولة طرف التدابير اللازمة للسماح بمصادرة الممتلكات واﻷموال وغير ذلك من الوسائل التي تستخدم أو يعتزم استخدامها في ارتكاب الجرائم المشار إليها في هذه الاتفاقية.

2. Each State Party shall take appropriate measures to permit the forfeiture of property, funds and other means used or intended to be used for committing the offences referred to in this Convention.
٢ - تتخذ كل دولة طرف التدابير اللازمة لمصادرة الممتلكات واﻷموال وغير ذلك من الوسائل المستخدمة أو التي يعتزم استخدامها لارتكاب الجرائم المشار إليها في هذه الاتفاقية.

1. Each State Party shall take the necessary measures to ensure that legal entities located in or organized under the laws of its territory shall be held liable when they knowingly, through the action or acquiescence of one or more persons responsible for their management or control, benefit from or participate in the commission of offences referred to in this Convention.
١ - تتخذ كل دولة طرف التدابير اللازمة لكفالة محاسبة الكيانات الاعتبارية التي توجد في إقليمها أو التي تنظم بموجب القانون المعمول به في ذلك اﻹقليم إذا كانت، بعلم ومن خلال فعل أو موافقة من شخص أو عدة أشخاص مسؤولين عن إدارتها أو تسييرها، قد أفادت من ارتكاب الجرائم المشار إليها في الاتفاقية أو شاركت في ارتكابها.

2. Each State Party shall take appropriate measures for the forfeiture of property, funds and other means used or intended to be used for committing the offences referred to in this Convention.
٢ - تتخذ كـل دولـة طــرف التدابيـر المناسبة لمصادرة الممتلكات واﻷموال وغير ذلك من الوسائل المستخدمة أو التي يعتزم استخدامها لارتكاب الجرائم المشار إليها في هذه الاتفاقية.

Each State Party shall take the necessary measures to ensure that legal entities located or having their registered offices in its territory may be held liable when they have knowingly, through the agency of one or more persons responsible for their management or control, derived profits from or participated in the commission of offences referred to in this Convention.
١ - تتخذ كل دولة طرف التدابير اللازمة لكفالة جواز محاسبة الكيانات الاعتبارية التي توجد أو يوجد مكتبها الرئيسي في إقليم تلك الدولة إذا حصلت، بعِلم تام من شخص أو عدة أشخاص مسؤولين عن إدارتها أو تسييرها، على أرباح من الجرائم المشار إليها في هذه الاتفاقية أو شاركت في ارتكابها.

1. Each State Party shall take the necessary measures to ensure that legal entities having their registered offices or carrying out activities in its territory are held liable when they have knowingly, through the agency of one or more persons responsible for their management or control, [derived profits from or] participated in the commission of offences referred to in this Convention.
١ - تتخذ كل دولة طرف التدابير اللازمة لكفالة جواز محاسبة الكيانات الاعتبارية التي يوجد مكتبها الرئيسي في إقليم تلك الدولة أو تمارس فيها أنشطتها إذا ]حصلت[، بعِلم تام من شخص أو عدة أشخاص مسؤولين عن إدارتها أو تسييرها، ]على أرباح من[ الجرائم المشار إليها في هذه الاتفاقية أو شاركت في ارتكابها.

2. Each State Party shall take appropriate measures, in accordance with its fundamental legal principles, to permit the forfeiture of property, funds and other means used or intended to be used for committing the offences referred to in this Convention.
٢ - ووفقا لهذه المبادئ القانونية اﻷساسية تتخذ كل دولة طرف التدابير اللازمة لمصادرة الممتلكات واﻷموال وغير ذلك من الوسائل المستخدمة أو التي يعتزم استخدامها لارتكاب الجرائم المشار إليها في هذه الاتفاقية.

“1. To the extent that its fundamental legal principles and international law allow it to do so, each State Party shall take the necessary measures to ensure that legal entities other than States can be held liable or sanctioned whenever they have, with the full knowledge of one or more persons responsible for their management or control, derived profits from or participated in the commission of offences referred to in this Convention.”
" ١ - تتخذ كل دولة طرف، بقدر ما تتيحه لها مبادئها القانونية اﻷساسية والقانون الدولي، التدابير اللازمة لتحميل الكيانات القانونية من غير الدول المسؤولية أو لمجازاتها إذا كانت، عن علم تام من جانب شخص أو أكثر من اﻷشخاص المسؤولين عن إدارتها أو تسييرها، قد حصلت على فوائد من ارتكاب الجرائم المشار إليها في هذه الاتفاقية أو شاركت في ارتكاب هذه الجرائم " .
