On a practical note, it was observed that although the official fees were the same, the costs for an international award would be higher because of the requirement to provide a certified translation of the documents accompanying the application.
ولوحظ من الناحية العملية أنه رغم أن الرسوم الرسمية المفروضة هي نفسها، فإن تكاليف قرار التحكيم الدولي ستكون أعلى بسبب اشتراط تقديم ترجمة معتمَدة للوثائق المرفقة بالطلب.
