:: Ensuring translation of decisions in all official languages of the Court
:: ضمان ترجمة القرارات إلى كل اللغات الرسمية للمحكمة

1. The official languages of the Court shall be Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish.
1 - تكون اللغات الرسمية للمحكمة هي الإسبانية والانكليزية والروسية والصينية والعربية والفرنسية.

The Rules have been adopted in the official languages of the Court established by article 50, paragraph 1. All texts are equally authentic.
اعتمدت القواعد باللغات الرسمية للمحكمة الواردة في الفقرة 1 من المادة 50، وتتساوى جميع النصوص في الحجية.

Article 39 of the Statute of the Court, stipulated that the official languages of the Court were to be French and English.
وتنص المادة 39 من النظام الأساسي للمحكمة أن اللغتين الرسميتين للمحكمة هم الفرنسية والانكليزية.

Bearing in mind also article 50 of the Statute, according to which the official languages of the Court shall be Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish and the working languages shall be English and French,
وإذ تضع أيضا في اعتبارها المادة 50 من النظام الداخلي التي تنص على أن اللغات الرسمية للمحكمة هي الإسبانية والانكليزية والروسية والصينية والعربية والفرنسية، أما لغتا العمل فهما الانكليزية والفرنسية،

The contents of the present list may be the object of further negotiations. 2. The Presidency may decide to publish other decisions in all the official languages of the Court when such decisions concern major issues relating to the interpretation or the implementation of the Statute or concern a major issue of general interest.
2 - يجوز للرئاسة أن تقرر نشر قرارات أخرى بجميع اللغات الرسمية للمحكمة متى كانت هذه القرارات تهم مسائل رئيسية تتصل بتفسير النظام الأساسي أو تنفيذه أو تتصل بمسألة رئيسية من مسائل المصلحة العامة.

2. The President of the Bureau of the Assembly of States Parties shall ensure that all proposed amendments are translated into the official languages of the Court and are transmitted to the States Parties.
٢ - يتأكد رئيس مكتب جمعية الدول اﻷطراف من أن جميــع التعديلات المقترحــة مترجمـة إلى اللغات الرسمية للمحكمة ومن أنها تحال إلى الدول اﻷطراف.

It is further necessary to bear in mind article 50, according to which the official languages of the Court shall be Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish and the working languages shall be English and French. Also relevant is rule 41 of the draft text of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence.
ويجب أيضا مراعاة المادة 50 التي تنص على أن اللغات الرسمية للمحكمة هي: الإسبانية، والانكليزية، والروسية، والصينية، والعربية والفرنسية، أما لغتا العمل فهما الانكليزية والفرنسية، وكذلك القاعدة 41 من مشروع القواعد الإجرائية وقواعد الإثبات.

3. Amendments to the Rules of Procedure and Evidence, proposed in accordance with article 51, paragraph 2, of the Statute, shall be forwarded to the President of the Bureau, who shall ensure their translation into all official languages of the Court and transmission to the States Parties.
3 - تحال التعديلات المقترحة على القواعد الإجرائية طبقا للفقرة 2 من المادة 51، إلى رئيس المكتب الذي يكفل ترجمة جميع التعديلات المقترحة إلى جميع اللغات الرسمية للمحكمة وإحالتها إلى الدول الأطراف.

2. Amendments to the Elements, proposed in accordance with article 9, paragraph 2, of the Statute, shall be forwarded to the President of the Bureau, who shall ensure their translation into the official languages of the Court and transmission to the States Parties.
2 - تحال تعديلات أركان الجرائم، المقترحة وفقا للفقرة 2 من المادة 9 من النظام الأساسي، إلى رئيس المكتب الذي يكفل ترجمتها إلى اللغات الرسمية للمحكمة ثم إحالتها إلى الدول الأطراف.

2. The President of the Bureau of the Assembly of States Parties shall ensure that all proposed amendments are translated into the official languages of the Court and are transmitted to the States Parties.
2 - يتأكد رئيس مكتب جمعية الدول الأطراف من أن جميع التعديلات المقترحة مترجمة إلى اللغات الرسمية للمحكمة ومن أنها تحال إلى الدول الأطراف.

3 - يجوز للرئاسة أن تقرر نشر قرارات أخرى بجميع اللغات الرسمية للمحكمة متى كانت هذه القرارات تهم مسائل رئيسية تتصل بتفسير النظام الأساسي أو تنفيذه أو تتصل بمسألة رئيسية من مسائل المصلحة العامة.

The notes are translated into both the official languages of the Court (English and French) and circulated.
وتُترجم هذه المذكرات إلى كلتا اللغتين الرسميتين للمحكمة (الإنكليزية والفرنسية) وتعمَّم على الجميع.

This means that a party wishing to make reference during the oral proceedings to a new document emanating from a publication which is not accessible in one of the official languages of the Court should produce a translation of that document into one of these languages certified as accurate.
وهذا يعنى أن الطرف الراغب في الإحالة خلال المرافعة الشفوية إلى وثيقة جديدة في مطبوع غير متاح بلغة من لغتي المحكمة الرسميتين ينبغي أن يدلي بترجمة لتلك الوثيقة بلغة من هاتين اللغتين مشهود بدقتها.
