Requests the Secretary-General to incorporate in his next report to the Commission on Human Rights on advisory services in the field of human rights, including the Voluntary Fund for Technical Cooperation in the Field of Human Rights, the activities undertaken by the Board of Trustees and, in that connection, invites the Chairman of the Board to address the Commission;
