ويرصد شاغل الوظيفة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بشأن التطورات المتصلة بالنزاع السوري، ويرسم خريطة تجسد آخر المستجدات المتعلقة بمختلف جماعات المعارضة والجماعات المسلحة التي تنشط في البلد.

In paragraph 23 the Secretary-General is requested to provide, for consideration by the General Assembly, an annual report, as from the fiftieth session, on developments pertaining to the implementation of the Convention, as well as on other developments relating to ocean affairs and the law of the sea and on the implementation of the proposed resolution.
وفي الفقرة ٢٣ تطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم الى الجمعية العامة تقريرا سنويا، اعتبارا من دورتها الخمسين، بشأن التطورات المتصلة بتنفيذ الاتفاقية، وكذلك بشأن التطورات اﻷخرى المتصلة بشؤون المحيطات وقانون البحار، وبشأن تنفيذ القرار المقترح.

1. The present report is submitted to the General Assembly in accordance with its resolution 49/28 of 6 December 1994, in which it requested the Secretary-General to report to it annually on developments pertaining to the implementation of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea and on other developments relating to ocean affairs and the law of the sea.
١ - يقدم هذا التقرير الى الجمعية العامة وفقا لقرارها ٤٩/٢٨، المؤرخ ٦ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٤، الذي طلبت فيه الى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم الى الجمعية تقريرا سنويا بشأن التطورات المتصلة بتنفيذ اتفاقية اﻷمم المتحدة لقانون البحار وبشأن التطورات اﻷخرى المتصلة بشؤون المحيطات وقانون البحار.

Recalling also the responsibility of the Secretary-General under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea to report on developments pertaining to the implementation of the Convention,
وإذ يشير أيضا الى مسؤولية اﻷمين العام بموجب اتفاقية اﻷمم المتحدة لقانون البحار عن تقديم تقارير عن التطورات المتعلقة بتنفيذ الاتفاقية،

24. Requests the Secretary-General to report to the General Assembly at its forty-ninth session, and earlier if appropriate, on developments pertaining to the Convention and all related activities and on the implementation of the present resolution;
٤٢ - تطلــب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة واﻷربعين، أو قبل ذلك إذا اقتضى اﻷمر، تقريرا عن التطورات المتصلة بالاتفاقية وجميع اﻷنشطة ذات الصلة وعن تنفيذ هذا القرار؛

23. Further requests the Secretary-General to report, in accordance with paragraph 15 (a) above, to the Assembly annually as from its fiftieth session on developments pertaining to the implementation of the Convention, as well as on other developments relating to ocean affairs and the law of the sea, and on the implementation of the present resolution;
٣٢ - تطلب كذلك إلى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم، وفقا للفقرة ٥١ )أ( أعلاه، تقريرا سنويا إلى الجمعية العامة اعتبارا من دورتها الخمسين بشأن التطورات المتصلة بتنفيذ الاتفاقية، وكذلك بشأن التطورات اﻷخرى المتصلة بشؤون المحيطات وقانون البحار، وبشأن تنفيذ هذا القرار؛

7. Invites the Working Group to take into account in its deliberations on developments pertaining to the promotion and protection of the human rights of indigenous people the work, within the framework of their respective mandates, of all thematic special rapporteurs, special representatives, independent experts and working groups as it pertains to the situation of indigenous people;
٧ ـ تدعو الفريق العامل إلى أن يضع في اعتباره، أثناء مداولاته بشأن التطورات المتصلة بتعزيز وحماية حقوق اﻹنسان للسكان اﻷصليين، اﻷعمال التي يضطلع بها، كل في إطار الولاية المسندة إليه، جميع المقررين الخاصين الموضوعيين والممثلين الخاصين والخبراء المستقلين واﻷفرقة العاملة، من حيث صلة هذه اﻷعمال بحالة السكان اﻷصليين؛

5. The same resolution requested the Secretary-General to report to the Assembly annually on developments pertaining to the implementation of the Convention, as well as on other developments relating to ocean affairs and the law of the sea.
وقد طلب نفس القرار إلى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم سنويا تقارير إلى الجمعية العامة عن التطورات المتعلقة بتنفيذ الاتفاقية، وكذلك عن التطورات اﻷخرى المتصلة بشؤون المحيطات وقانون البحار.
