201. The Office continued to collaborate with, and provide support to, the National Assembly Commission on Human Rights and Reception of Complaints.

12. Assistance has been provided to the National Assembly in general and its Commission on Human Rights and Reception of Complaints in particular, as well as to relevant ministries, in drafting and/or providing comments on the following laws:

155. It is noted that the Government, in a letter to the Commission on Human Rights and Reception of Complaints, has agreed, in principle, to these recommendations.
١٥٥ - ولوحظ أن الحكومة عهدت في هذه التوصيات، في رسالة بعثت بها الى اللجنة المعنية بحقوق اﻹنسان وتلقي الشكاوى، الى الموافقة، من حيث المبدأ، على التوصيات المذكورة.

154. The Special Representative welcomes the initiative of the Commission on Human Rights and Reception of Complaints of the National Assembly (recommendation 111) dated 25 April 1994 addressed to the Co-Prime Ministers of Cambodia concerning the administration of prisons.
١٥٤ - ويرحب الممثل الخاص بالرسالة التي وجهتها اللجنة المعنية بحقوق اﻹنسان وتلقي الشكاوى التابعة للجمعية الوطنية )التوصية ١١١( بتاريخ ٢٥ نيسان/ابريل ١٩٩٤، الى الوزراء المشاركين في كمبوديا بشأن إدارة السجون.

In particular the Office continues to advise NGOs and the Commission on Human Rights and Reception of Complaints of the National Assembly, at their request, on the human rights aspects of laws and their implementation, including in all of the above—mentioned subject areas, as well as the Constitution, the Law on the Bar Association, the Khmer Rouge Law, the Family Law, the Land Law and regulations relating to evictions and squatters.
