35. The Conference adopted the recommendations issued by the OIC Contact Group on Jammu and Kashmir. It also took note of the memorandum presented by the true representatives of the Kashmiri people to the Group.

We have seen a statement issued in New York on 2 April 1996 by the Contact Group of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) on Jammu and Kashmir making false allegations about recent incidents in Kashmir.
١ - اطلعنا على البيان الذي أصدره فريق الاتصال التابع لمنظمة المؤتمر اﻹسلامي المعني بجامو وكشمير في نيويورك في ٢ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٦ وما تضمنه من ادعاءات كاذبة بشأن حوادث جدت مؤخرا في كشمير.

وأكون ممتنا إذا ما رتبتم لتعميم اﻹعلان الصادر عن فريق الاتصال التابع لمنظمة المؤتمر الاسلامي بشأن جامو وكشمير ومذكرة الممثلين الحقيقيين لشعب كشمير بوصفهما وثيقة من وثائق مجلس اﻷمن.

I have the honour to transmit to you the statement adopted by the Organization of the Islamic Conference Contract Group on Jammu and Kashmir held at the United Nations Office at Geneva on 9 April 1999 along with a memorandum on the situation in Jammu and Kashmir submitted by the true representatives of the Kashmiri people.
أتشرف بأن أحيل إليكم البيان الذي اعتمده فريق الاتصال التابع لمنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي والمعني بمسألة جامو وكشمير الذي اجتمع في مكتب الأمم المتحدة في جنيف يوم 9 نيسان/أبريل 1999، إلى جانب مذكرة بشأن الحالة في جامو وكشمير مقدمة من الممثلين الحقيقيين للشعب الكشميري.

on Jammu and Kashmir, they agreed that " possible options for a peaceful and negotiated settlement of the issue should be explored in a sincere spirit and purposeful manner " .
وقد اتفقا بخصوص جامو وكشمير على أنه: " يجب بحث الاختيارات الممكنة من أجل التسوية السلمية للمسألة عن طريق التفاوض بصدق وبقدر أكبر من الإيجابية " .

The meeting was in accordance with the provisions of the resolution on Jammu and Kashmir, passed unanimously during the Seventh Islamic Summit held in Casablanca in December 1994.
وقد عُقد هذا الاجتماع وفقا ﻷحكام القرار المتعلق بجامو وكشمير الذي اعتُمد باﻹجماع أثناء مؤتمر القمة الاسلامي السابع الذي عُقد في الدار البيضاء في كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ٤٩٩١.

25. The Meeting called upon the United Nations Security Council to implement its relevant resolutions on Jammu and Kashmir enabling the Kashmiri people to determine their own future through a free and impartial referendum conducted under the auspices of the United Nations.
25 - وطلب الاجتماع إلى مجلس الأمن للأمم المتحدة تنفيذ قراراته ذات الصلة عن جامو وكشمير لتمكين الشعب الكشميري من تقرير مستقبله بنفسه عن طريق إجراء استفتاء حر ونزيه تحت رعاية الأمم المتحدة.

73. The Meeting endorsed the recommendations of the OIC Contact Group on Jammu and Kashmir.

19. Requests the OIC Contact Group on Jammu and Kashmir to continue its efforts for promoting the right of self-determination of the Kashmiri people in accordance with the UN Resolutions and for safeguarding their fundamental human rights.
