The present report builds on my report to the Council dated 10 November 2011 (S/2011/704), in which I focused on the activities of UNOCA in carrying out its mandate to coordinate the work of the United Nations system in the Central Africa subregion on issues of peace and security, including peacebuilding and conflict prevention.
