These actions are violations, respectively, of article 3 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, article 6 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and article 32 of the Fourth Geneva Convention, and they systematically violate General Assembly resolution 1803 (XVII) of 14 December 1962 on permanent sovereignty over natural resources.
