United Nations Within the Department for Economic and Social Affairs (DESA) of the Secretariat, the United Nations Online Network on Public Administration and Finance (UNPAN) plays a pivotal role as a " source of information exchange, experience-sharing and on-the-job training in the area of public sector policy and management utilized by public offices, policy makers, public administration institutions and experts.
