Pregnant women and women with children aged under three years may not work overtime or on rest days, nor may they be sent on trips in connection with their work.
فبالنسبة للحوامل واﻷمهات اللائي لديهن أطفال لا يتجاوز عمرهم ٣ سنوات، يحظر تكليفهن بالعمل ساعات إضافية أو بالعمل في العطلات أو بالسفر في مهام رسمية.

" Article 127: It is prohibited to require young persons to work overtime in any circumstances whatsoever. They shall not be retained at the place of work beyond the stipulated times and shall not be required to work on rest days.
" المادة 127: لا يجوز تكليف الأحداث بالعمل ساعات إضافية مهما كانت الأحوال أو بقاؤهم في محل العمل بعد المواعيد المقررة لهم ولا تشغيلهم في أيام الراحة.

Article 164 of the Labour Code provides that work on rest days, public holidays and the Day of National Mourning must be paid as follows:
138- تنص المادة 164 من قانون العمل على أن أجر العمل في أيام الراحة والعطلات العامة، ويوم الحداد الوطني يجب أن يكون على النحو التالي:

Pregnant women, women who have recently given birth to a child, breast-feeding women, the employees raising a child before he has reached the age of three, and employees raising, as single parents, a child before he has reached the age of fourteen or a disabled child before he has reached the age of sixteen, and persons under eighteen may be assigned work on rest days only subject to their consent.
ولا يجوز تعيين عمل في أيام الراحة للحوامل أو حديثات الوضع أو المرضعات، وللموظفين الذين يرعون طفلا دون سن الثالثة، والموظفين الذين يتولون، وحدهم دون زوج، تنشئة طفل قبل بلوغه سن الرابعة عشرة أو طفل معاق قبل بلوغه السادسة عشرة من العمر، والأشخاص الذين لم يبلغوا سن الثامنة عشرة، إلا رهنا بموافقتهم.

Women with children under three years of age may not be assigned to work on rest days (Labour Code art. 303, law on State financial assistance to families with children, art. 18)
ولا يجوز تكليف المرأة ذات اﻷطفال الذين هم دون الثالثة من العمر بعمل في أيام الراحة )المادة ٣٠٣ من قانون العمل، والمادة ١٨ من قانون تقديم المساعدة المالية الحكومية الى اﻷسر ذات اﻷطفال(.

Under article 254, people aged under 18 may not be employed on night work, overtime, on rest days, public holidays or other days not regarded as working days, and may not be required to travel on business.
251- بموجب المادة 254، لا يجوز تشغيل الأشخاص دون سن الثامنة عشرة في عملٍ ليلي أو إضافي أو في أيام الراحة أو العطلات العامة أو غيرها من الأيام التي لا تعتبر أيام عمل، ولا يجوز أن يطلب إليهم السفر في مهام عمل.

In addition, three hours and 45 minutes are spent on working days and six hours on rest days in caring for family and home.
