With a view to reaching a decision on the admissibility of a communication, the Committee or its Working Group shall ascertain:
تقوم اللجنة أو فريقها العامل، بغية التوصل إلى قرار بشأن قبول رسالة ما، بالتحقق مما يلي:

This provision reads as follows: " With a view to reaching a decision on the admissibility of a communication, the Committee ... shall ascertain: ... (f) That the communication is, except in the case of duly verified exceptional circumstances, submitted within six months after all available domestic remedies have been exhausted " .
وينص هذا الحكم على ما يلي: " تقوم اللجنة ...، بغية التوصل إلى قرار بشأن قبول رسالة ما، بالتحقق مما يلي...: (و) أن الرسالة تقدم، ما عدا في الظروف الاستثنائية التي يتم التحقق منها على النحو الواجب، في غضون ستة شهور بعد استنفاد جميع سبل الانتصاف المحلية " .
