28. In connection with agenda item 19, entitled " Decision on the extension of the Treaty as provided for in article X, paragraph 2 " , the Conference had before it the following proposals:
٢٨ - وبصدد البند ١٩ من جدول اﻷعمال، المعنون " مقرر بشأن تمديد المعاهدة على النحو المنصوص عليه في الفقرة ٢ من المادة العاشرة " ، كانت المقترحات التالية معروضة على المؤتمر:

We do not believe that the procedure adopted to arrive at the decision on the extension of the Treaty conforms to the letter and spirit of article X.2 of the Treaty.
