Under the circumstances, the General Assembly may wish to take note of the present report and request the Secretary-General to report further on the financial situation of the Institute at its fifty-eighth session.

The Assembly also decided to request the Secretary-General to report to it on the financial situation of the Institute for 2007 at the second part of its resumed sixty-first session, in May 2007.
وقررت الجمعية العامة أيضا أن تتطلب من الأمين العام أن يقدم إليها في الجزء الثاني من دورتها الحادية والستين المستأنفة في أيار/مايو 2007 تقريرا عن الحالة المالية للمعهد لعام 2007.

8. Requests the Secretary-General to report further to the General Assembly at its fifty-eighth session on the financial situation of the Institute.
8 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم تقريرا آخر إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثامنة والخمسين عن الحالة المالية للمعهد.

If, as he hoped, the draft resolution was fully implemented, it would be the last such draft resolution on the financial situation of the Institute.
وأضاف إنه إذا نفذ مشروع القرار بالكامل، كما يأمل، فسيكون آخر مشروع قرار من هذا النوع بشأن الحالة المالية للمعهد.

Under the circumstances, the present report on the financial situation of the Institute is submitted to the current session of the Assembly.
وفي ظل هذه الظروف، تقرر تقديم التقرير المتعلق بالحالة المالية للمعهد إلى الدورة الحالية للجمعية العامة.

Accordingly, the Advisory Committee recommends that the General Assembly take note of the report of the Secretary-General and request him to report further on the financial situation of the Institute at its fifty-eighth session.
وبالتالي، توصي اللجنة الاستشارية بأن تحيط الجمعية العامة علما بتقرير الأمين العام وأن تطلب إليه أن يقدم إلى الجمعية تقريرا آخر عن الحالة المالية للمعهد في دورتها الثامنة والخمسين.

The Advisory Committee therefore recommended that the General Assembly should take note of the report of the Secretary-General and request him to report further on the financial situation of the Institute to the General Assembly at its fifty-eighth session.

The present report is in response to the request of the General Assembly that the Secretary-General report on the financial situation of the Institute for 2007 at the second part of its resumed sixty-first session, in May 2007.

(b) Requested the Secretary-General to report further to the Assembly at its fifty-eighth session on the financial situation of the Institute.
(ب) طلبت إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم تقريرا آخر إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثامنة والخمسين عن الحالة المالية للمعهد.

(h) Decides also to request the Secretary-General to report to the General Assembly at the second part of its resumed sixty-first session on the financial situation of the Institute for 2007.

2. In his report, the Secretary-General responded to the request of the General Assembly, in its decision 61/555, to report to the Assembly, at the second part of its resumed sixty-first session in May 2007, on the financial situation of the Institute for 2007.
2 - وقد استجاب الأمين العام في تقريره لطلب الجمعية العامة، الوارد في مقررها 61/555، بأن يقدم إلى الجمعية، في الجزء الثاني من دورتها الحادية والستين المستأنفة في أيار/مايو 2007، تقريرا عن الحالة المالية للمعهد لعام 2007.

13. As estimated in the report of the Secretary-General on the financial situation of the Institute (A/60/366), 50 per cent of the 2005 subvention of $1,092,400 would not be necessary to finance the Institute's requirements in 2005.
13 - وحسب التقديرات الواردة في تقرير الأمين العام عن الحالة المالية للمعهد (A/60/366)، فإنه لا يلزم لتمويل احتياجات المعهد في عام 2005 إلا نسبة 50 في المائة من الإعانة المخصصة لعام 2005 والبالغة 400 092 1 دولار.

(d) Requests the Secretary-General to report to the General Assembly, through the Fifth Committee, before the end of its resumed fifty-seventh session on the financial situation of the Institute, including the status of voluntary contributions vis-à-vis the resources required to ensure its viability, and to consider the additional charge against the contingency fund referred to in paragraph (c) above;
(د) تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم تقريرا إليها، عن طريق اللجنة الخامسة، قبل نهاية دورتها المستأنفة السابعة والخمسين عن الحالة المالية للمعهد يشتمل على مركز التبرعات مقارنة بالموارد التي لزمت لاستمرار تشغيله وأن ينظر في إجراء خصم إضافي من صندوق الطوارئ المشار إليه في الفقرة (ج) أعلاه؛

At the same session, during its consideration of the item entitled " Programme budget for the biennium 2002-2003 " , the General Assembly requested the Secretary-General to report further to the Assembly at its fifty-eighth session on the financial situation of the Institute (resolution 57/311).
وفي الدورة ذاتها، وخلال نظرها في البند المعنون " الميزانية البرنامجية لفترة السنتين 2002-2003 " ، طلبت الجمعية العامة إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم إلى الجمعية في دورتها الثامنة والخمسين تقريرا عن الحالة المالية للمعهد (القرار 57/311).

2. The report on the financial situation of the Institute was submitted pursuant to section II of General Assembly resolution 61/273 of 29 June 2007, in which the Secretary-General had been requested to report to the Assembly at its sixty-second session on the financial situation of the Institute, including solutions for placing it on a more stable basis, without recourse to regular budget funding, in line with the statute of the Institute.
2 - وقد قدم التقرير المتعلق بالحالة المالية للمعهد عملا بالجزء الثاني من قرار الجمعية العامة 61/273 المؤرخ 29 حزيران/يونيه 2007 الذي طلب فيه إلى الأميــن العـــام أن يقدم إلى الجمعية، فــي دورتها الثانيــة والستين، تقريرا عن الحالة المالية للمعهد يتضمن حلولا لجعلها تقوم على أســاس أكثــر استقرارا دون اللجوء إلــى التمويل من الميزانية العاديــة، بما يتماشــى مع النظام الأساسي للمعهد.
