1. The present report is submitted in pursuance of paragraph 6 of General Assembly resolution 64/10 of 5 November 2009 on the follow-up to the report of the United Nations Fact-Finding Mission on the Gaza Conflict, in which the Secretary-General was requested to report to the General Assembly, within a period of three months, on the implementation of the resolution.
أولا - مقدمة 1 - يقدَّم هذا التقرير عملا بأحكام الفقرة 6 من قرار الجمعية العامة 64/10 المؤرخ 5 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2009 بشأن متابعة تقرير بعثة الأمم المتحدة لتقصي الحقائق بشأن النزاع في غزة، التي طُلب فيها إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم إلى الجمعية العامة، في غضون ثلاثة أشهر، تقريرا عن تنفيذ هذا القرار.

I have the honour to transmit to you the attached summary of the steps that Switzerland has taken to date to implement paragraph 5 of General Assembly resolution 64/10 on the follow-up to the report of the United Nations Fact-Finding Mission on the Gaza Conflict.

In that regard, we welcome the adoption of resolution 64/10 on 5 November on the follow-up to the report of the United Nations Fact-Finding Mission on the Gaza Conflict.
