Ms. Setyawati Firman (Indonesia) said that while the report of the Secretary-General on the follow-up to the special session of the General Assembly (A/61/270) noted the growing trend towards mainstreaming the goals of the special session into national plans of action, that trend was not reflected in meaningful progress on the ground.
