Requests the Executive Secretary in consultation with the Managing Director of the Global Mechanism to prepare and submit progress reports to the Bureau of the Conference of the Parties at its eleventh session and to the Committee for the Review of the Implementation of the Convention at its thirteenth session as well as the Conference of the Parties at its twelfth session, on the implementation of this decision.
