1. Article 73 of the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families provides that States parties undertake to submit to the Secretary-General of the United Nations for consideration by the Committee a report on the measures they have taken to give effect to the provisions of the Convention.
1- تنص المادة 73 من الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم على ما يلي: تتعهد الدول الأطراف بأن تقدم إلى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة تقريراً عن التدابير التي تتخذها لتنفيذ أحكام الاتفاقية لكي تنظر فيه اللجنة.

Under article 18 of the Convention, States Parties undertake to submit to the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women, hereinafter called the " Committee " , an initial report followed by periodic reports on the measures they have taken to give effect to their commitments under the Convention.

" ٠١ - تدعــو الدول اﻷعضاء والوكالات المتخصصة ذات الصلة والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية، التي لم تقدم بعد إلى اﻷمين العام تقريرا عن التدابير التي اتخذتها لمكافحة تهريب اﻷجانب، إلى أن تفعل ذلك؛

Article 19 of the Convention stipulates, inter alia, that States parties shall submit reports on the measures they have taken to give effect to its provisions, within one year after the entry into force of the Convention for the State party concerned.

At the time of writing, the following 13 countries have provided information on the measures they have taken in order to give effect to those provisions, namely, Chile, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Japan, Lebanon, Malta, New Zealand, Oman, Monaco, Singapore and Sweden.
