During the High-level Intergovernmental Meeting on the Mid-term Global Review of the Implementation of the Programme of Action for the Least Developed Countries for the 1990s, there was some North-South meeting of minds on what Governments ought to do individually and together to reverse the trend of underdevelopment.
وخلال الاجتماع الحكومي الدولي الرفيع المستوى لاستعراض منتصف المدة الشامل لتنفيذ برنامج العمل للتسعينات لصالح أقل البلدان نموا. كان هناك بعض التلاقي في اﻷفكار بين الشمال والجنوب بشأن ما ينبغي أن تفعله الحكومات، معا وعلى نحو انفرادي، لعكس اتجاه مسار التخلف.
