Strongly condemns the Israeli schemes attempting to seize and annex the area of Ghor, the Read Sea, the Eastern slopes of the West Bank mountains, and to cut the remaining territories into three isolated cantons to prevent the possibility of the emergence of an independent contiguous Palestinian State on the Palestinian territories.
15 - يدين بشدة المخططات الإسرائيلية الساعية إلى الاستيلاء على منطقة غور الأردن، ومنطقة البحر الميت، والمنحدرات الشرقية لجبال الضفة الغربية، وتقسيم الأراضي الباقية إلى ثلاثة كانتونات معزولة لمنع أي إمكانية لإقامة دولة فلسطينية مستقلة ومتواصلة على الأراضي الفلسطينية.

The negotiations between the two sides that have continued for years have failed to achieve any progress towards a solution owing to Israel's well-known positions and measures. Therefore, the international community's pursuit of the recognition of a Palestinian State on the Palestinian territories occupied in 1967, with Jerusalem as its capital, is legitimate. It is a positive step towards restoring all Palestinian rights.
ولما كان التفاوض بين الجانبين، الذي استمر لسنوات عديدة قد فشل في تحقيق أي تقدم على طريق الحل، نظرا للمواقف والإجراءات الإسرائيلية المعروفة، يصبح التوجه إلى المجتمع الدولي للاعتراف بالدولة الفلسطينية على الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة منذ عام، وعاصمته القدس 1967 أمر مشروع ويشكل خطوة إيجابية على الطريق لاسترجاع الحقوق الفلسطينية كاملة، وسورية تدعو المجتمع الدولي إلى دعم هذا المطلب وتأييده.

Strongly condemns the closure and blockade imposed on corridors, and on the Palestinian towns and villages, which have resulted in heavy losses and serious damage to the social and economic life of the Palestinian people, and are detrimental to the Palestinian economy; and calls upon the international community to force Israel to end the closure and lift the blockade imposed on the Palestinian territories.
5 - يدين بشدة سياسة الإغلاق والحصار الذي تفرضه إسرائيل على المعابر والمدن والقرى الفلسطينية، والتي أدت وتؤدي إلى خسائر وأضرار كبيرة في الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للشعب الفلسطيني، وتضر بالاقتصاد الفلسطيني. ويطالب المجتمع الدولي بالتدخل لحمل إسرائيل على رفع الإغلاق والحصار المفروضين على الأراضي الفلسطينية.
