77. The Assembly of States Parties had reached agreement on the procedure for the election of judges and of the Prosecutor, which would take place soon, as well as for the election of the Registrar.

The Assembly had adopted 15 resolutions and 4 decisions concerning the functioning of the Court and the working of the Assembly and its subsidiary bodies, in particular the resolution on the procedure for the election of judges which, together with the election of the Prosecutor, was scheduled to take place during the first resumed session of the Assembly, to be held from 3 to 7 February 2003.
