On 6 March, in consultations of the whole, the Assistant Secretary-General for Political Affairs, Tayé-Brook Zerihoun, introduced the report of the Secretary-General, pursuant to Security Council resolution 2048 (2012), on the restoration of constitutional order in Guinea-Bissau (S/2013/123), and underlined limited progress in that regard.
