At its 7th meeting, on 3 May, the Council adopted draft decision II, entitled " Expansion of the participation of non-governmental organizations on the Roster for the purposes of the work of the Commission on Sustainable Development " , recommended by the Committee on Non-Governmental Organizations (E/1999/109/Add.2 (Part I), chap.
