205. The Security Council should impose an embargo on the sale or supply of military materiel to the Government of Chad.
205 - وينبغي لمجلس الأمن أن يفرض حظرا على بيع أو توريد الأعتدة العسكرية إلى حكومة تشاد.

1. The embargo on the sale or supply of petroleum and petroleum products to Haiti became automatically enforceable in Italy through the adoption on 24 June 1993 of regulation No. 93/1608 of the Council of the European Communities.
١ - أصبح الحظر المفروض على بيع أو توريد النفط والمنتجات النفطية إلى هايتي نافذا تلقائيا في ايطاليا باعتماد اللائحة رقم ٩٣/١٦٠٨ لمجلس الجماعات اﻷوروبية في ٢٤ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٣.

“The Council reaffirms the obligation of all States to comply strictly with the provisions of the embargo on the sale or supply of arms and related matériel imposed by its resolution 1171 (1998) of 5 June 1998.
" ويعيد المجلس التأكيد على واجب جميع الدول في الامتثال امتثالا تاما ﻷحكام الحظر المفروض على بيع أو توريد اﻷسلحة أو العتاد الحربي ذي الصلة بموجب قراره ١١٧١ )١٩٩٨( المؤرخ ٥ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٨.

8. Decides also that on 1 September 1996 the restrictions imposed by paragraph 13 of resolution 918 (1994) on the sale or supply of arms and related matériel to the Government of Rwanda shall terminate, unless the Council decides otherwise after its consideration of the second report of the Secretary-General referred to in paragraph 12 below;
٨ - يقرر أيضا إنهاء القيود المفروضة بموجب الفقرة ١٣ من القرار ٩١٨ )١٩٩٤( بشأن بيع أو توريد اﻷسلحة واﻷعتدة ذات الصلة الى حكومة رواندا، في ١ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٦، ما لم يقرر المجلس خلاف ذلك بعد أن يكون قد نظر في التقرير الثاني المقدم من اﻷمين العام والمشار اليه في الفقرة ١٢ أدناه؛

In that resolution, the Council, inter alia, lifted for the period of one year, until 1 September 1996, the restrictions on the sale or supply of arms and related matériel to the Government of Rwanda.
وفي ذلك القرار، قام المجلس، في جملة أمور، برفع القيود المفروضة على بيع أو توريد اﻷسلحة واﻷعتدة ذات الصلة إلى حكومة رواندا، وذلك لمدة سنة واحدة، حتى ١ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٦.

204. Irrespective of the above, the Security Council should impose an embargo on the sale or supply of military materiel to the Government of the Sudan, whether the materiel is for use in Darfur or not.
204 - وبغض النظر عما سبق، ينبغي لمجلس الأمن أن يفرض حظرا على بيع أو توريد الأعتدة العسكرية لحكومة السودان، سواء كانت تلك الأعتدة معدة للاستخدام في دارفور أم لا.

8. On 23 December 2009, the Security Council adopted resolution 1907 (2009), by which it imposed a ban on the sale or supply to and from Eritrea of arms and related materiel, technical assistance and training.
8 - وفي 23 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2009، اتخذ مجلس الأمن القرار 1907 (2009)، الذي فرض به حظرا على بيع أو توريد الأسلحة والأعتدة ذات الصلة وتوفير المساعدة التقنية والتدريب إلى إريتريا أو منها.

10. On 23 December 2009, the Security Council adopted resolution 1907 (2009), by which it imposed a ban on the sale or supply to and from Eritrea of arms and related materiel, technical assistance and training.
10 - وفي 23 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2009، اتخذ مجلس الأمن القرار 1907 (2009)، الذي فرض بموجبه حظرا على بيع أو توريد الأسلحة وما يرتبط بذلك من أعتدة ومساعدة وتدريب تقنيين من إريتريا وإليها.

7. Reaffirms the obligation of all States to comply strictly with the provisions of the embargo on the sale or supply of arms and related matériel imposed by its resolution 1171 (1998) of 5 June 1998;
٧ - يؤكد من جديد التزام جميع الدول بالامتثال بدقة ﻷحكام الحظر على بيع أو توريد اﻷسلحة والعتاد ذي الصلة إلى سيراليون، المفروض بموجب قراره ١١٧١ )١٩٩٨( المؤرخ ٥ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٨؛

7. In accordance with paragraph 7 of resolution 1011 (1995), the restrictions imposed by paragraph 13 of resolution 918 (1994) on the sale or supply of arms and related matériel to the Government of Rwanda were lifted with immediate effect, that is 16 August 1995, until 1 September 1996.
٧ - وفقا للفقرة ٧ من القرار ١٠١١ )١٩٩٥(، رُفعت القيود المفروضة بموجب الفقرة ١٣ مــن القــرار ٩١٨ )١٩٩٤( على بيع أو توريد اﻷسلحة واﻷعتدة ذات الصلة إلى حكومة رواندا، وذلك مع التنفيذ الفوري، أي اعتبارا من ١٦ آب/أغسطس ١٩٩٥ حتى ١ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٦.

9. In paragraph 3 of its resolution 1053 (1996) of 23 April 1996, the Security Council expressed its determination that the prohibition on the sale or supply of arms and related matériel to non-governmental forces for use in Rwanda should be implemented fully in accordance with resolution 1011 (1995).
٩ - أعرب مجلس اﻷمن، في الفقرة ٣ من قراره ١٠٥٣ )١٩٩٦( المؤرخ ٢٣ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٦، عن تصميمه على ضرورة تنفيذ الحظر المفروض على بيع أو توريد اﻷسلحة واﻷعتدة ذات الصلة إلى القوات غير الحكومية لاستخدامها في رواندا تنفيذا كاملا وفقا للقرار ١٠١١ )١٩٩٥(.

The Council reminds again all States of their obligations to comply with the embargo on the sale or supply of arms and related materiel to Liberia imposed by resolution 1343 (2001).
ويذكر المجلس جميع البلدان مرة أخرى بالتزاماتها المتعلقة بالامتثال للحظر المفروض على بيع أو توريد الأسلحة والمعدات ذات الصلة إلى ليبريا بموجب القرار 1343 (2001).

“8. 6. Following its consideration of the second report of the Secretary-General (S/1996/663/Rev.1 and Add.1), and in accordance with paragraph 8 of resolution 1011 (1995), the Security Council, on 1 September 1996, terminated the restrictions imposed by paragraph 13 of resolution 918 (1994) on the sale or supply of arms and related matériel to the Government of Rwanda.
٦ - بعد أن نظر في التقرير الثاني لﻷمين العام S/1996/663/Rev.1) و (Add.1 ووفقا للفقرة ٨ من القرار ١٠١١ )١٩٩٥(، أنهى مجلس اﻷمن في ١ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٦ القيود المفروضة بموجب الفقرة ١٣ من القرار ٩١٨ )١٩٩٤( بشأن بيع أو توريد اﻷسلحة واﻷعتدة ذات الصلة إلى حكومــة روانــدا.

3. Although the restrictions imposed by paragraph 13 of resolution 918 (1994) on the sale or supply of arms and related materiel to the Government of Rwanda were terminated on 1 September 1996 in accordance with paragraph 8 of resolution 1011 (1995), all States are required to continue to implement the measures with a view to preventing the sale and supply of arms and related materiel to non-governmental forces for use in Rwanda.
3 - على الرغم من أن القيود المفروضة بموجب الفقرة 13 من القرار 918 (1994) بشأن بيع أو توريد الأسلحة أو الأعتدة ذات الصلة إلى حكومة رواندا قد أنهيت في 1 أيلول/سبتمبر 1996 وفقا للفقرة 8 من القرار 1011 (1995) من المطلوب من جميع الدول مواصلة تنفيذ هذه التدابير منعا لبيع وتوريد الأسلحة وما يتصل بها من أعتدة للقوات غير الحكومية بغرض استخدامها في رواندا.

“3. Expresses its determination that the prohibition on the sale or supply of arms and related matériel to non-governmental forces for use in Rwanda should be implemented fully in accordance with resolution 1011 (1995);
