417. The Committee recommends that the State party include in its next periodic report information on the socio-economic situation of the most disadvantaged ethnic groups, that it strengthen measures to reduce poverty and stimulate economic growth, and provide concrete detailed information on the outcome of those measures.
417- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تضمِّن تقريرها الدوري القادم معلومات عن الحالة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لأشد الفئات العرقية حرماناً، وبأن تعزز التدابير الرامية إلى الحد من الفقر وأن تحفز النمو الاقتصادي، وأن توفر معلومات عملية مفصَّلة عن نتائج هذه التدابير.

The Committee recommends that the State party include information in its periodic reports on the socio-economic situation of the population, in particular regarding disadvantaged ethnic groups, and that it adopt all necessary measures to reduce poverty and stimulate economic growth.

14- وتلاحظ اللجنة أن تقرير الدولة الطرف لم يتضمن معلومات مفصلة عن الوضع الاجتماعي والاقتصادي لمجموعات الأقليات التي تعيش في الدولة الطرف، بمن فيهم المسلمون والروما والسوريناميون والأشخاص المنحدرون من أصول أفريقية.

27. Mr. Humberto Adami, Brazilian Office for Policies of Racial Advancement and Equality, said that, on the basis of the latest disaggregated data received on the socio-economic situation of the country's Afro-descendants and indigenous people, the Government of Brazil had adopted policies such as setting goals for inclusion of those groups in public tenders and taking other affirmative action, which had proved their effectiveness.
27- وأبرز السيد أومبيرتو أدامي، من أمانة سياسات تعزيز المساواة بين الأعراق في البرازيل، أنه، استناداً إلى آخر ما حصلت عليه الحكومة البرازيلية من بيانات مفصّلة عن الحالة الاجتماعية الاقتصادية للسكان المنحدرين من أصل أفريقي والشعوب الأصلية، اعتمدت الحكومة سياسات عامة من قبيل تحديد أهداف تتمثل في إدماج هذه الفئات في العطاءات العامة واتخاذ إجراءات إيجابية أخرى، وقد أثبتت هذه المبادرة كفاءتها.
