7. Requests the Secretary-General to submit to the General Assembly at its fifty-seventh session a report on the subject of the present resolution, including on initiatives taken by States to work towards the elimination of the crimes in question and on the issue of crimes of passion.
7 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها السابعة والخمسين تقريرا عن موضوع هذا القرار، بما في ذلـــــك عن المبادرات التي تتخذها الدول في سبيل القضاء على هذه الجرائم، وعن مسألة جرائم ثورة الغضب.

5 - تدعو في هذا الصدد رئيس الجمعية العامة ورئيس المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي إلى النظر في تنظيم مناقشات مواضيعية غير رسمية، بطريقة منسقة، بشأن موضوع هذا القرار؛

(a) Relevant specialized agencies, United Nations bodies, regional intergovernmental organizations and non-governmental organizations to exchange information on the subject of the present resolution, and encourages the exchange of such information between non-governmental organizations active in this field and the bodies monitoring the implementation of relevant human rights treaties;
(أ) الوكالات المتخصصة وهيئات الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية الإقليمية والمنظمات غير الحكومية ذات الصلة إلى تبادل المعلومات بشأن موضوع هذا القرار، وتشجع تبادل تلك المعلومات بين المنظمات غير الحكومية النشطة في هذا الميدان والهيئات التي ترصد تنفيذ معاهدات حقوق الإنسان ذات الصلة؛

(a) To keep the International Maritime Organization informed of any developments on the subject of the present decision arising in the context of the Basel Convention and to monitor any consideration by the Marine Environment Protection Committee and Maritime Safety Committee of the International Maritime Organization of issues of relevance to the Basel Convention;
(أ) أن تبقي المنظمة البحرية الدولية على علم بأي تطورات بشأن موضوع هذا المقرر قد تنشأ في سياق اتفاقية بازل، وأن ترصد أي بحث تجريه لجنة حماية البيئة البحرية ولجنة السلامة البحرية التابعتين للمنظمة البحرية الدولية لمسائل ذات أهمية بالنسبة لاتفاقية بازل؛

(أ) الوكالات المتخصصة ذات الصلة وهيئات الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية الإقليمية والمنظمات غير الحكومية المعنية إلى تبادل المعلومات عن موضوع هذا القرار، وتشجع على تبادل تلك المعلومات بين المنظمات غير الحكومية العاملة في هذا الميدان والهيئات ذات الصلة المنشأة بموجب معاهدات حقوق الإنسان؛

Requests the Secretary-General to include in his report on the issue of elimination of violence against women to be submitted to the General Assembly at its fifty-ninth session a substantive report on the subject of the present resolution, based on all available data, containing an analysis of the root causes of these crimes, supportive statistical data, where available, and information on initiatives taken by States. "
" 6 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يضمِّن تقريره عن موضوع القضاء على الجرائم المرتكبة ضد المرأة الذي سيقدمه إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة والخمسين تقريرا فنيا عن موضوع هذا القرار استنادا إلى جميع البيانات المتاحة وأن يشمل تحليلا للأسباب الجذرية لهذه الجرائم مدعوماً بالبيانات الإحصائية إذا توفرت، ومعلومات عن المبادرات التي تقدمها الدول.
