4 - وأوصت اللجنة كذلك بأنه ينبغي أن يُطلب إلى الأمين العام تزويد الجمعية العامة، عن طريق لجنة الاشتراكات، بمعلومات عن تقديم تلك الخطط، وأن يُطلـب إلى الأمين العام أيضا أن يقدم تقريرا سنويا إلى الجمعية، من خلال الاشتراكات، عن حالة خطط التسديد المتعلقة بالدول الأعضاء في 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر من كل عام.
