A number of States Parties have not yet shared detailed information on their implementation of the Convention in this area either through their initial and/or annual transparency reports or at formal and informal meetings.

In its resolution 2/2, the Conference reiterated its request for States parties to adapt their legislation and regulations in order to comply with the above-mentioned articles of the Convention and to provide information on their implementation of the Convention through the use of the self-assessment checklist.
وكرر المؤتمر في قراره 2/2 التأكيد على طلبه إلى الدول الأطراف بأن تقوم بتكييف تشريعاتها ولوائحها امتثالاً للمواد المذكورة أعلاه من الاتفاقية وتقديم معلومات عن تنفيذها للاتفاقية باستخدام قائمة التقييم الذاتي المرجعية.

As at 8 June 2009, 72 of the 136 parties (135 States parties and one regional economic integration organization) had submitted self-assessment reports on their implementation of the Convention; thus setting the response rate at 53 per cent.
9- بلغ عدد الأطراف التي قدّمت، حتى 8 حزيران/يونيه 2009، تقارير التقييم الذاتي عن تنفيذها للاتفاقية 72 من أصل 136 طرفاً (135 دولة طرفا ومنظمة واحدة من منظمات التكامل الاقتصادي الإقليمية)؛ وهكذا، بلغت نسبة الردود 53 في المائة.

This programme is also responsible for the substantive work of the secretariat relating to the data and information provided by Parties on their implementation of the Convention and the Kyoto Protocol, including the data management systems being implemented in support of the review processes.
ويضطلع هذا البرنامج أيضاً بالمسؤولية عن الأعمال الفنية للأمانة فيما يتعلق بالبيانات والمعلومات المقدمة من الأطراف بشأن تنفيذها للاتفاقية وبروتوكول كيوتو، بما في ذلك نُظم إدارة البيانات التي يجري تنفيذها دعماً لعمليات الاستعراض.
