24. The protection of the existence of minorities includes their physical existence, their continued existence on the territories on which they live and their continued access to the material resources required to continue their existence on those Territories.
24- وتشمل حماية وجود الأقليات وجودها المادي، واستمرار وجودها في الأقاليم التي تعيش فيها والوصول الدائم إلى الموارد المادية الضرورية للاستمرار في وجودها في تلك الأقاليم.

On the protection of the existence of minorities, the Commentary specifies that it includes their physical existence, their continued existence on the territories on which they live and their continued access to the material resources required to continue their existence on those Territories.
أما فيما يخص حماية وجود الأقليات، فيبيّن التعليق أن ذلك يشمل حماية وجود الأقليات المادي واستمرار وجودها في الأقاليم التي تعيش فيها ودوام وصولها إلى الموارد المادية الضرورية لاستمرار وجودها في تلك الأقاليم.

(b) The impact of natural disasters, such as hurricanes and volcanic eruptions, and other environmental problems, such as beach and coastal erosion and droughts, on those Territories;
(ب) الأضرار التي تلحقها بتلك الأقاليم الكوارث الطبيعية، مثل الأعاصير وثورات البراكين وغيرها من المشاكل البيئية مثل تحات الشواطئ والسواحل والجفاف؛

This includes their physical existence, their continued existence on the territories on which the minorities live and, with some qualifications, also the continued access to the material resources required to continue their existence on those Territories.
