إذا أريد شغل منصبين أو أكثر من المناصب التي تشغل بالانتخاب في وقت واحد وبشروط واحدة، ينتخب عدد، لا يتجاوز عدد تلك المناصب، من المرشحين الذين حصلوا في الاقتراع الأول على أغلبية الأصوات المطلوبة.
