3. Brief regular sessions of the eleventh ordinary meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Basel Convention took place on the morning and afternoon of 28 April for the purposes of opening the meeting and adopting its agenda, respectively, and full regular sessions were held on 3, 4 and 6 May.
