However, it does not apply to any warship, naval auxiliary or other ships owned or operated by a State and used, for the time being, only on government non-commercial service.
بيد أنها لا تسري على أي من السفن الحربية، أو السفن البحرية المساعدة أو غيرها من السفن التي تملكها أو تشغلها دولة ما والمستخدمة، في الوقت نفسه، في نطاق خدمة حكومية غير تجارية فحسب.

2. This Convention shall not apply to any warship, naval auxiliary or other ships owned or operated by a State and used, for the time being, only on government non-commercial service.
2- لا تنطبق هذه الاتفاقية على أي سفينة حربية، أو سفن حربية مساعدة، أو سفن أخرى، تمتلكها أو تشغلها الدولة وتستخدمها، مؤقتاً، في خدمات عامة غير تجارية فقط.

3. The present articles are without prejudice to the immunities enjoyed by a State under international law with respect to aircraft or space objects owned or operated by a State.
3 - لا تسري هذه المواد على الإجراءات المتصلة بالطائرات أو الأجسام الفضائية التي تملكها الدولة أو تشغلها.

The provisions of this Convention regarding the protection and preservation of the marine environment do not apply to any warship, naval auxiliary or other vessels owned or operated by a State and used, for the time being, only on government non-commercial service.
لا تنطبق أحكام هذه الاتفاقية المتعلقة بحماية البيئة البحرية والحفاظ عليها على أية سفينة حربية أو قطعة بحرية مساعدة أو غيرها من السفن التي تملكها أو تشغلها دولة ما، وتكون مستعملة وقتئذ فقط في خدمة حكومية غير تجارية.

(2) The Convention shall not apply to ships owned or operated by a State and used only on Government non-commercial service.
)٢( لا تنطبق الاتفاقية على السفن التي تمتلكها أو تشغلها أي دولة وتستخدمها فقط في خدمات حكومية غير تجارية.

2. Nothing in this Convention affects the immunities of vessels and aircraft owned or operated by a State for non-commercial purposes.
٢ - ليس في هذه الاتفاقية ما يمس حصانات السفن والطائرات التي تملكها أو تشغلها أي دولة ﻷغراض غير تجارية.

19. As regards paragraph 2, the suggestion was made to replace the phrase “belonging ... purposes” with “owned or operated by a State for non-commercial purposes” (see A/AC.252/1998/WP.9).
