(ب) يذم أو يهين شخصاً أو مجموعة أشخاص على أساس العرق أو اللون أو المنشأ الإثني أو الوطني أو الديانة أو نوع الجنس أو الاتجاه الجنسي، أي من خلال إنكار جرائم الحرب أو الجرائم ضد السلم والإنسانية؛

(c) Menaces a person or a group of persons on the grounds of their race, colour, ethnic or national origin, religion, sex or sexual orientation aiming at the incitement to racial, religious or sexual discrimination, or at encouraging such discrimination, shall be punished with imprisonment from 6 months to 5 years. "
(ج) يؤذي شخصاً أو مجموعة أشخاص على أساس العرق أو اللون أو المنشأ الإثني أو الوطني أو الديانة أو نوع الجنس أو الاتجاه الجنسي، بهدف استثارة تمييز عنصري أو ديني أو جنسي، أو تشجيع على هذا التمييز، يعاقب بالسجن من 6 شهور إلى 5 سنوات. "

(a) Starts or constitutes an organisation, or develops activities of organized propaganda which incite to discrimination, to hate or to violence against a person or a group of persons on the grounds of their race, colour, ethnic or national origin, religion, sex or sexual orientation, or who encourages such discrimination;
(أ) يبدأ أو يؤسس منظمة أو يضطلع بأنشطة دعاية منظمة تحث على التمييز أو الكره أو العنف ضد شخص أو مجموعة أشخاص على أساس العرق أو اللون أو المنشأ الإثني أو الوطني أو الديانة أو نوع الجنس أو الاتجاه الجنسي، أو من يشجع على هذا التمييز؛

Under the Criminal Code, whoever founds or establishes an organization or develops activities of organized propaganda that incites or encourages discrimination, hate or violence against a person or a group of persons on the grounds of their race, takes part in such an organization or in its activities or gives support thereto shall be punished by a prison term of one to eight years.
