l. States Parties shall endeavour to settle disputes concerning the interpretation or application of this Convention through negotiation.
1- تسعى الدول الأطراف إلى تسوية النـزاعات المتعلقة بتفسير أو تطبيق هذه الاتفاقية عن طريق التفاوض.

" 1. Any dispute between two or more States Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Convention which is not settled by negotiation shall, at the request of one of them, be submitted to arbitration.
" ١ - أي نزاع ينشأ بين دولتين أو أكثر من الدول اﻷطراف بشأن تفسير هذه الاتفاقية أو تطبيقها ولا يتم تسويته عن طريق التفاوض، يعرض للتحكيم بناء على طلب أي منها.

1. Any dispute between two or more States Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Convention which is not settled by negotiation shall, at the request of one of them, be submitted to arbitration.
١ - أي نزاع ينشأ بين دولتــين أو أكثر مــن الدول اﻷطراف بشأن تفسير هذه الاتفاقية أو تطبيقها ولا يتم تسويته عن طريق التفاوض، يعرض للتحكيم بناء على طلب أي منها.

l. Any dispute between two or more States Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Convention which cannot be settled through negotiation within a reasonable time shall, at the request of one of them, be submitted to arbitration.
١- أي نزاع بين دولتين طرف أو أكثر بشأن تفسير وتطبيق هذه الاتفاقية ولا يمكن تسويته عن طريق التفاوض خلال فترة زمنية معقولة يقدم، بناء على طلب إحداهما، إلى التحكيم.

1. Parties shall seek to settle any dispute between them concerning the interpretation or application of this Convention through negotiation or other peaceful means of their own choice.
1 - تسعى الأطراف إلى تسوية أي نزاع بينها يتعلق بتفسير أو تطبيق هذه الاتفاقية عن طريق التفاوض أو أي طرق سلمية أخرى تختارها بنفسها.

1. Parties shall seek to settle any dispute between them concerning the interpretation or application of this Convention through negotiation or other peaceful means of their own choice.
1 - تسعى الأطراف إلى تسوية أي منازعة بينها يتعلق بتفسير أو تطبيق هذه الاتفاقية عن طريق التفاوض أو أي طرق سلمية أخرى تختارها بنفسها.

Iraq also enters a reservation to article 29, paragraph 1, of this Convention with regard to the principle of international arbitration in connection with the interpretation or application of this Convention.
كما يبدي العراق تحفُّظاً على الفقرة 1 من المادة 29 من هذه الاتفاقية بشأن مبدأ التحكيم الدولي فيما يتعلق بتفسير أو تطبيق هذه الاتفاقية.

1 - يُعرض للتحكيم أي نزاع ينشأ بين دولتين أو أكثر من الدول الأطراف حول تفسير أو تطبيق هذه الاتفاقية ولا تتسنى تسويته بالتفاوض خلال مدة معقولة، وذلك بناء على طلب واحدة من هذه الدول.

١ - يعرض للتحكيم أي نزاع ينشأ بين دولتين أو أكثر من الدول اﻷطراف حول تفسير أو تطبيق هذه الاتفاقية ولا تتسنى تسويته بالتفاوض خلال مدة معقولة، وذلك بناء على طلب واحدة من هذه الدول.

Iraq also enters a reservation to article 29, paragraph 1, of this Convention with regard to the principle of international arbitration in connection with the interpretation or application of this Convention.
كما يبدي العراق تحفظا على الفقرة ١ من المادة ٢٩ من هذه الاتفاقية بشأن مبدأ التحكيم الدولي فيما يتصل بتفسير أو تطبيق هذه الاتفاقية.

Disputes arising out of the interpretation or application of this Convention shall lie within the compulsory jurisdiction of the International Court of Justice, and may accordingly be brought before the Court by an application by any party to the dispute being a Party to this Protocol.
تدخل المنازعات الناشئة عن تفسير هذه الاتفاقية أو تطبيقها ضمن نطاق الولاية الجبرية لمحكمة العدل الدولية، ويمكن بالتالي لأي طرف في النزاع يكون طرفا في هذا البروتوكول أن يتقدم بطلب لعرضها على المحكمة.
