2 - يجوز للأمين العام أن يستوضح من مقدم أو مقدمي الرسالة ما إذا كان يرغب أو كانوا يرغبون في تقديم الرسالة إلى اللجنة كي تنظر فيها بموجب البروتوكول الاختياري.

7. Subject to paragraphs 5 and 6 of this rule, nothing in this rule shall affect the right of the author or authors or the State party concerned to make public any submissions or information bearing on the proceedings.
7 - رهنا بما تنص عليه الفقرتان 5 و 6 من هذه المادة، لا يوجد في هذه القاعدة ما يمس حق مقدم الرسالة أو مقدميها أو الدولة الطرف المعنية في إذاعة أية بيانات أو معلومات تتعلق بوقائع النظر في الرسالة.

2. When requesting clarification or information, the Secretary-General shall indicate to the author or authors of the communication a time limit within which such information is to be submitted.
2- عند طلب التوضيحات أو المعلومات، يبين الأمين العام لمقدم أو مقدمي البلاغ الحدود الزمنية التي يتعين تقديم تلك المعلومات في غضونها.

2. A decision of the Committee declaring a communication inadmissible may be reviewed by the Committee upon receipt of a written request submitted by or on behalf of the author or authors of the communication, containing information indicating that the reasons for inadmissibility no longer apply.
2- يجوز للجنة أن تعيد النظر في قرار اتخذته بعدم مقبولية بلاغ ما، وذلك عند تلقي طلب خطِّي من مقدم أو مقدمي البلاغ أو من ينوب عنهم يتضمن معلومات تبين أن أسباب عدم المقبولية لم تعد قائمة.

The SecretaryGeneral is responsible for the distribution of the final decision to the author or authors and the State party (rule 74 (9)).
والأمين العام مسؤول عن توزيع القرار النهائي على صاحب أو أصحاب البلاغ والدولة الطرف (المادة 74(9) من النظام الداخلي).
