Article 139 (Piracy) states that " Anyone who seizes a vessel or aircraft, diverts it from its established route or destroys it, or who captures, kills or injures its crew or passengers, or commits any act of depredation, shall be punished by two to eight years' imprisonment.

Article 120 of the Criminal Law states: " Anyone who finances a terrorist organization or commits terrorist activities shall be sentenced to up to five years of fixed-term imprisonment, criminal detention or control, or be deprived of political rights, plus a fine; in serious cases, the sentence shall be a minimum of five years of fixed-term imprisonment, plus a fine or confiscation of property.

1) Whoever, intending to harm a foreign country or an international organisation, kidnaps a person or commits any other act of violence, causes a bomb explosion or fire or undertakes any other action endangering the general public or threatens to use a nuclear, chemical, bacteriological or another similar weapon shall be imprisoned from three to fifteen years.
1 - يُحكم بالسجن لفترة تتراوح بين ثلاث سنوات وخمس عشرة سنة على كل من يختطف شخصا أو يرتكب أي فعل آخر من أفعال العنف، أو يتسبب في تفجير قنبلة أو إشعال حريق، أو يضطلع بأي فعل آخر يلحق ضررا بالجمهور العام، أو يهدد باستخدام سلاح نووي أو كيميائي أو بكتريولوجي أو أي سلاح مماثل آخر، إذا كان ذلك الفعل قد ارتكب بنية إلحاق ضرر ببلد أجنبي أو بمنظمة دولية.

Article 128. Any person who, in collaboration with a foreign country or republic, external enemies or terrorist, paramilitary, insurgent or subversive groups or associations, conspires to undermine the integrity of the territory of Venezuela or its national institutions or commits a hostile act against them using any means for these purposes shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of 20 to 30 years.
المادة 128 - يعاقب بالسجن لمدة تتراوح بين 20 و 30 سنة كل شخص يقوم، بالتعاون مع بلد أجنبي أو دولة أجنبية، أو بالتعاون مع مجموعات أو رابطات معادية أو إرهابية أو شبه عسكرية أو متمردة أو تخريبية، أو متآمرة على النيل من سلامة أراضي فنزويلا أو النيل من مؤسساتها الوطنية، أو يرتكب فعلا عدائيا ضدها باستخدام أية وسيلة كانت لتحقيق هذه الأغراض.

g) exposes people to the risk of death or serious bodily harm or exposes another person's property to the risk of extensive damage by causing a fire or flood or the harmful effects of explosives, gas, electric power or other similarly dangerous substances or forces, or commits other similarly dangerous acts, or increases or aggravates such public endangerment or impedes the steps taken to avert or alleviate it,
(ز) تعريض البشر لخطر الموت أو الضرر البدني الجسيم أو تعريض ممتلكات شخص آخر لخطر الإصابة بضرر فادح، عن طريق إحداث حرائق أو فيضانات أو عن طريق الآثار الضارة للمتفجرات أو الغاز أو الطاقة الكهربائية أو المواد أو القوى ذات الخطورة المماثلة، أو ارتكاب أفعال ذات خطورة مماثلة، أو زيادة تلك المخاطر أو تشديدها أو إعاقة التدابير الرامية إلى منعها أو التخفيف منها.
